These terms govern your use of the Ihua Coffee Kenya website and any orders placed through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by one, with a full refund.

Payment

We accept M-Pesa and major debit or credit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, since they depend in part on third-party couriers. See our Returns & Refunds page for what happens if something arrives damaged or late.

Product Availability

Single-origin lots are seasonal and limited. If an item you ordered sells out before dispatch, we'll contact you to offer a substitute or a full refund.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
